Only a few locations, like the Meadows, are in close proximity to the nearest lift and at a higher elevation than the Beaver Creek Village. This is one of the best sites and values at Beaver Creek. Have the convenience of a great location and the privacy afforded by there being only one more complex up the road so minimal thru traffic.

Spectacular views of the entire front side of Beaver Creek mountain will make you think twice about leaving the comfortable great room of this multi-level, 2100+ sq ft townhome. The remodeled kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, featuring tasteful mountain décor, vaulted ceilings and a large wood-burning fireplace. The unit also boasts a private garage.

Down the stairs and on the entry level is the master suite, with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom (all bathrooms recently remodeled). On the lowest level of the home, there are two more bedrooms offering one with two twin-sized beds and en suite bath, and the other a queen sized bed with en suite bath. Across the hallway is a den that readily serves as a play or movie room, or a fourth bedroom as the area is spacious and has two twin sized beds. A further benefit is the feeling of space given the multi floor distribution so as not to have the sense of being crowded as can be typical in condo layouts.

Ski access out around the building and across the street to the Highlands base area. Ski-in on the Meadows skiway, then head down the stairs to the parking area adjacent to the townhome.

Guests enjoy year-round access to the adjacent, shared outdoor hot tub as well as the outdoor pool at the Highlands Lodge. There are also flat screen TVs in each bedroom plus living room, free wireless and Comcast cable. All basics are provided for our guests. Also, if you don’t feel like taking a short walk to the Village Center, a free shuttle is available 24 hours a day that will take you anywhere on the mountain. The townhome sleeps up to eight people.

We very much care about you having a great vacation and have help available for whatever services you may require. An information booklet is provided in the townhome and guest services operator available to answer any questions you may have.

    We had an incredible time and will book for next year in the same place. We have stayed in Beaver Creek many times and this townhome was really perfect for our needs. While you have the benefit of skiing just about back to the unit and the slope being a close walk away, it was surprisingly quiet and relaxing (we'd snowshoe each evening and didn't see anyone) -- fantastic location on the mountain. Also, cant beat the panoramic view of the ski mountain from the main floor. Everything in the place is new and worked as expected for a high end place. The layout beats the typical condo, as it is bigger, bedrooms down below and its own garage. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to going back.

    What a beautiful place. We are huge fans of Beaver Creek and have yet to find a more family friendly ski mountain. The lack of parking keeps down the day trippers from Denver and there isn't a more international resort. Easy ski in / out and each night walked the kids down for ice skating and hot chocolate. Beautiful unit. Spacious, well appointed, spotless, great location. Next thing on our bucket list is to return in the summer.

    We feel the mgmt company deserves a top rating in their responsiveness to the issues we encountered with the unit A3. The unit was a disappointment from the standpoint of location, it was not immediately across from lifts as depicted in the photos. Unit has been nicely renovated but mechanicals were not, lower bedrooms were beyond cold during a cold snap at Beaver Creek. Toilets ran setting off "leak alarm" in middle of night. The mgmt responded and did what they could with grace.

      We want every guest to have a great experience which meets their full expectations and we take the steps to try to help ensure that happens with each visit. We are disappointed that the perception on this occasion is that this did not occur. Regarding proximity to the slopes, none of the photos on any websites show the lift proximity. It is 180 yards to the ski trail heading out and 50 yards down the parking lot to get to the Meadows Skiway heading back (proximity is also described in the web listing). There is a link to google maps on the site so guests can see exactly where the unit is located. The issue with the water alarm is not mechanical but rather someone must have inadvertently adjusted the setting. It is an automated flooding control system that is in every Meadows unit which switches on if no water is used for a period. It had been set to 24 hours but this was reduced. It has been re-set, and never been an issue before. Regarding the heat, the unit had just installed smart thermostats (NEST-like) to try to gain more consistent control. These have been removed and returned, and replaced back with the typical digital controls and it works fine. This is unfortunate timing but has been quickly fixed. The owner of this unit and Mountain Management want all guests to have a great experience. This is a fantastic unit and location, and the guests have consistently rated it very highly on the VRBO website (Listing: #735062).
