Luxury Penthouse at Bear Paw Lodge at Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek. The Bear Paw Lodge is a newer ski-in/out luxury condo complex in Bachelor Gulch. Located just above the gorgeous Ritz Carlton, but at a fraction of the price! The Bachelor Gulch area is the newest area of Beaver Creek, Colorado and is recognized as one of America`s most prestigious and private mountain resorts.

Bachelor Gulch is the central point of the popular village-to-village ski experience that includes Beaver Creek and Arrowhead Mountains. The mountain has some of the most beautiful groomed ski slopes in the Rockies. Last, but certainly not least, are the incredible views of the snow-covered peaks in the Gore Range that fulfill everyone`s dream of the Rocky Mountains.

This gorgeous penthouse featured direct elevator access, a ski locker, a large dining room table that seats 8 people, and a deck with a grill. The Penthouse sleeps sleeps 10 with bedding as follows: King, Queen, two twins, 4 bunk beds.

    The property was very nice and concierge service was fantastic, especially Robert. Lots of communication before my arrival.
    My only complaint is the unit is getting a little dated. It would benefit greatly from more modern appliances and finishes. Overall, a great stay and I hope to return.

    The condo is spacious, and is in a perfect ski-in / ski-out location on the mountain, however it lacked many kitchen supplies thus making it difficult to cook a large meal. There weren't any spices other than salt and pepper; the cooking utensil selection was paltry, no whisk, one spatula, very dull knives, no ziplock bags, no plastic wrap, no tinfoil, limited number of wine glasses (until management brought us more), no recycling bin, etc. None of the humidifiers worked. We've stayed in many different condos in Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek, and all provided what this condo did not regarding the above mentioned items. If you're not inclined to cook while on vacation, you won't be displeased.

However, we would like to respond to some items and inform you of how we intend to address this moving forward. We understand that the lack of serving platters and plates was resolved by the team showing you in which cupboards these were located. Regarding the lack of spices and other kitchen amenities such as aluminium foil, our experience is that guests prefer not to use items that have been left behind from previous stays. Secondly, guests have very varied tastes in spices making it impossible to offer a standard spice selection. To address this, we offer a grocery shopping and delivery service for our guests so that the property is set up with the specific items you personally require and we would encourage you to use this service on your next visit. Regarding the humidifiers, we do not supply these items as different guests have different preferences and most do not like re-using older pre used equipment – as with the kitchen supplies, our shopping and delivery service is available to acquire and deliver these relatively inexpensive items prior to your arrival. We are sorry that your stay was marred by these factors, we will strive to improve our pre arrival communication to ensure all guests are aware that we can obtain all the items you need for a perfect stay.     Our family of four shared this condo with another family of four. We had plenty of room to spare! It is a lovely condo in a great location. We were able to walk right outside the door to hike, swim in the pool, or walk down the mountain to the Ritz Carlton Batchelor's Gulch. The only potential downside would be you can't walk to Beaver Creek Village...but if you don't want to get in your car the Village of Beaver Creek has a complementary shuttle that services Batchelor's Gulch as well.
